The following is a
list of organizations that Alive At The Center Ministries supports on a
ongoing monthly basis.
DOCTORS
WITHOUT BORDERS, USA
Doctors Without
Borders is an international medical humanitarian organization created by
doctors and journalists in France in 1971. Today, the organization
provides aid to nearly 60 countries threatened by violence, neglect, or
catastrophe, primarily due to armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition,
exclusion from health care, or natural disasters. Doctors Without
borders provides independent, impartial assistance to those most in
need.
ST. JUDE’S
CHILDREN’S RESEARCH HOSPITAL
St. Jude’s
Children’s Research Hospital is a non-profit organization who’s purpose
is to care for children stricken with catastrophic diseases and to
conduct medical research on those diseases. Children are admitted to St.
Jude with out regard to race or religion.
WORLD VISION
World Vision’s goal
is to promote the well being of children, families and communities where
their projects are located. World vision ensures the survival of the
sponsored children through the practice of primary health care strategy
that emphasizes prevention of disease, creation of healthy environments
and the training community health promoters.
AG WORLD
MISSIONS CHILDREN WITH AIDS
Janice M. Cole is a
missionary who’s goal is to reach out in Protea Polk, South Africa to a
community who’s residents are 90% AIDS infected. Janice runs a home for
the children of these people who are infected. She takes the children
and determines if the children are also infected with the AIDS virus.
If they are free of disease then Janice prepares them for adoption in
Europe. If they are infected Janice will keep them at the home and care
for them until they die. She brings education and hope to these people
through the teaching the Word of God and being a living example.
POTTER’S CLAY
HOUSE FOR GIRLS
The Potter’s Clay
house for Girl’s is a sanctuary for girl’s who need acceptance, love,
structure and consistency in a Christian Environment. They take in at
risk and rebellious teens and pregnant girls offering counseling and
medical services.
BILLY GRAHAM
EVANGELISTIC ASSOCIATION
The goal of the
Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is to go into the world and preach
the gospel of our Lord and to invite others to experience God’s hope,
comfort and mercy.
SAMARITAN’S
PURSE
International relief
and evangelism organization provides spiritual and physical aid to
victims of war, poverty, natural disaster, and disease. Their programs
include emergency relief; community development and vocational programs;
educational, feeding, clothing, and shelter programs; and medical
projects.

TRACT SOCIETY
The Gospel Tract
Society’s ministry is to spread the word of God throughout the world
through the printed page.
